On my own time, I build tools I wish existed — some to learn, some to scratch an itch, some just for fun.
Netlify Drop, but personal. My agents deploy quick static sites to it all day
Browse multiple UI component registries in one place. Auto updated from ShadCN registry
npx pakhale setup agents — keeps my coding agents (Claude Code, opencode) configured identically on every machine, from one command
Excalidraw whiteboard that remembers — boards, pages, and read-only share links.
Social media platform for music lovers with a voice bot that understands intent — play songs, search users, create posts.
What if a social media platform was built entirely around music? Not just sharing songs — actually understanding what you're saying. We built a voice bot that listens to natural language and takes actions: play a song, search a user, create a post. Wiring up OpenAI was straightforward; making it feel natural took most of the time.
Event management platform for college clubs — registration to ticketing. 125k+ API calls and counting.
Built this because our college club needed a real event platform, not Google Forms. Registration, ticketing, check-in — the whole flow. It's handled 125k+ API calls so far, and keeping it up taught me a lot about production reliability.
AI researcher that runs parallel web searches, ranks results by relevance, and summarizes with citations.
I was tired of googling the same things and reading 10 articles to get one answer, so I built something that does it in parallel and gives me a cited summary. Most of the work went into ranking results across multiple search engines, since they tend to converge on the same handful of SEO-tuned pages.
Playwright-powered browser control as an API. Semaphoric page/window management for low-latency auto-scaling.
Needed programmatic browser control without the cold-start tax. It came down to semaphoric page/window management — pre-warmed browser contexts that auto-scale based on demand. That's most of the gap between a 2-second and a 200ms API call.
Voice-guided GIS system running entirely offline. Whisper.cpp + Llama.cpp + QGIS.
Built this during the IIT Bombay research. Wanted to see if you could navigate a map using just your voice, running inference locally. Whisper.cpp for speech-to-text, Llama.cpp for understanding intent, and QGIS for the map. The whole thing runs offline on commodity hardware.
KMB algorithm for Steiner Tree Problem. Parallelized with OpenMP for faster computation.
An implementation of the KMB approximation algorithm for the Steiner Tree Problem. The interesting part was using OpenMP to parallelize the shortest-path computations — graph problems don't parallelize cleanly.
Twitter bookmarking tool with a Telegram bot. Save tweets, access anywhere. Taken down when Twitter API pricing changed.
Twitter's bookmark feature in 2022 had no search, no tags, no export. So I built Tweemarks with a Telegram bot that lets you forward tweets and they get saved with tags. Had real users until Twitter killed free API access. RIP.
Anonymous chat app tied to your device — no accounts, no history, just chaos on Firebase Realtime.
No sign-up, no login, no history. Your device IS your identity. Built on Firebase Realtime so messages appear instantly. The fun part was making it truly anonymous while still preventing abuse — turns out device fingerprinting is a rabbit hole.
Omegle MITM — proxy that lets you spy on what two random strangers are talking about. "For education".
CSS Battles but better, faster and for college events :)
